The services contract is the basis of your relationship with Royal Golden. The portal makes it clear and traceable: every amount, every due date and every event of the application appears on one page. This guide explains that page. The binding text is the contract you sign.
Before signing
- Read the contract to the end. The confirmations open once you reach the end of the text.
- In Annex 1, check the persons and amounts of the application: each person's name, relationship, date of birth and nationality.
- If your family's composition is not in the approved price table, the price is set individually after a review of eligibility, in Annex 2, which you also read and sign with the contract.
- Confirm each point separately and type your full name exactly as written for Party 2 of the contract. This is your electronic signature.
After signing
- Download the PDF of the signed contract.
- The acceptance record, including the time, the confirmations, the language and the digital fingerprint (SHA-256) of the accepted text, is recorded and kept.
- The signed contract never changes. Later versions of the text or the prices do not affect it.
Payment stages
On the contract page, the "Payments" section shows each stage with its status:
- due now;
- not due yet, with the condition set in the contract;
- due by a set date (end of day, Dubai time);
- received on a set date.
For example, in the Vanuatu contract the financial annex sets a fixed total amount, 40 per cent at signing and 60 per cent after approval by the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) within the period the contract sets. Read the exact terms of your own contract in that contract.
Ways to pay
- In tether (USDT) on the TRON network (TRC-20), to the address and amount shown on the payment page;
- or from the account balance, if it is enough.
Once received, the payment is recorded with its date and a receipt is issued to you.
The term of the services and the history
- The term of the services runs from the day of signing to the delivery of the passport, and the days left are shown on the page.
- The "History" section shows the important events: submission to the official authority, approval or refusal, notices, written extensions of deadlines and the creation of the contract PDF.
Refunds
If the official authority refuses the application, the contract's refund term applies and the amount and deadline of the refund are shown on this page. The article "Refund after an official refusal" explains it.
Persons added after signing
If a person is added to the contract after signing by a written amendment, they appear in a separate section, and the added amount is paid in two parts, like the contract amount.
This guide introduces the portal. The binding text is your signed contract.
