About Royal Golden

Who is Royal Golden?

Royal Golden is the trade name of ROYAL GOLDEN MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C, a company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence number 1017243, commercial registration number 2161112).

We provide international citizenship services and accompany applications to two citizenship by investment programmes: Dominica and Vanuatu.

Where is your office?

Our office is at Office T35, Arab Bank Building, Port Saeed, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Contact page shows our offices with opening hours, a map and directions.

Which citizenship programmes do you offer?

We accompany applications to the citizenship by investment programmes of Dominica and Vanuatu.

The Programmes page compares the main terms of our contracts for both programmes, and each country guide explains the country, its passport and its visa access.

Is Royal Golden an Authorised Agent?

For Dominica, yes: Royal Golden is an Authorised Agent of the citizenship by investment programme. The Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU) of Dominica accepts applications only through Authorised Agents.

For Vanuatu, we prepare the application file and submit it to the authorities through the authorised channels, and we communicate with the authorities about your application.

Does Royal Golden decide whether citizenship is granted?

No. The decision on every application belongs only to the authorities of the country.

  • Dominica: the Government decides, on the recommendation of the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU).
  • Vanuatu: the authorities decide, after the review of the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).

We prepare and follow your application and keep you informed of every decision and request we receive.

How can I talk to you before deciding?

You can book a free consultation, write to us through the Contact page, or send an e-mail to info@royalgoldinvest.com.

In the conversation we explain the programmes, assess your situation and give you information on the fees and the legal steps.

What do you commit to?
  • Transparency first: the fees, the processing stages, the required documents and the obligations of each party are settled in the contract before we begin.
  • With you at every stage: from the first assessment to the delivery of the final documents, you know where your file stands.
  • Financial accountability: our fees, what the contract covers and the refund terms of each programme are set out clearly and in writing.
  • Confidentiality: your identity, family and financial details are protected and used responsibly.
In which languages can I use the website and the portal?

The website and the client portal are available in several languages. Choose yours in the language menu at the top of the page; you can change it at any time.

The services contract states the languages in which it is available, and you sign the version shown to you in the portal.

Vanuatu citizenship

How does a Vanuatu application with Royal Golden proceed?

The application normally passes through these stages:

  • signing of the services contract and payment of the deposit;
  • collection and review of your documents;
  • submission of the application to the authorities;
  • review by the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU);
  • the FIU decision and our notice to you;
  • the second payment;
  • further processing and the decision on citizenship;
  • issue and delivery of the citizenship documents.

The client portal shows every step.

How long does a Vanuatu application take?

Our contract sets a term of 110 days, from the day you sign until the Vanuatu passport is delivered. It covers every stage, and the portal shows the days remaining.

The term is our commitment for our own services. The authorities of Vanuatu decide independently and set their own processing times.

How much does Vanuatu citizenship cost with Royal Golden?

The contract price depends on the persons included and follows our price table, which you find on the Programmes page and in the cost estimator. All amounts are in US dollars.

The price is fixed when you sign: a later change of the price table never changes a signed contract.

What does the Vanuatu contract price include?

Every cost of the application agreed in the contract, from the start of our services until the citizenship documents are issued: the official government fees, the review and due diligence stages, our administration and follow-up, the translation of all documents, certification, notarisation and legalisation, medical examinations and couriers, the Vanuatu passport, the national identity card and the citizenship certificate.

No additional or hidden cost is charged.

How and when do I pay for a Vanuatu application?
  • 40% of the contract price when you sign the contract.
  • 60% only after the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) has approved the application; you have at least 40 calendar days from our notice.

Payments are made in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20), at the contractual conversion of 1 US dollar = 1 USDT, only to the address in your own payment request in the portal. We never ask for payment to an address sent by other means.

What happens if the Vanuatu application is rejected?

If the FIU or another competent authority of Vanuatu officially rejects the application, including a final refusal of citizenship, we refund 100% of everything received for the application, without any deduction, within 72 hours of receiving the official notice.

A payment made in USDT is refunded in USDT for the same amount, and we pay the network fee of the return transfer.

Can I withdraw from a Vanuatu application?

Yes, at any time, by a written statement in the portal or by e-mail to info@royalgoldinvest.com; we then stop work on the application.

After a voluntary withdrawal the amounts paid are not refunded, subject to the rights that mandatory law gives you. This rule never affects the full refund after an official rejection.

Can my family be included in a Vanuatu application?

Yes. Our price table covers a single applicant and a married couple with or without children (up to three children). For another composition we first review the eligibility of the persons and then set the price individually in a written amendment that you read and sign.

Whether a family member can be included is confirmed during the review.

Which documents do I need for Vanuatu?

The client portal shows a checklist for each person in your application and each stage, with guidance on how to prepare every document.

We tell you which documents need translation, certification or legalisation; these costs are included in the contract price.

Can I travel to the Schengen area without a visa with a Vanuatu passport?

No. Since Regulation (EU) 2025/11, Vanuatu citizens need a visa for the Schengen area. A visa is also needed for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The Vanuatu guide lists the entry rules for every country, with their sources and dates.

Where is Vanuatu?

In the south-western Pacific Ocean, about 1,750 km east of northern Australia, between New Caledonia, Solomon Islands and Fiji. It is an archipelago of about 83 volcanic islands; the capital is Port Vila on Efate.

Our Vanuatu guide describes the islands, history, travel and the passport, with interactive maps.

Dominica citizenship

How does a Dominica application proceed?
  • As Authorised Agent we prepare and submit the application; the CBIU does not accept applications directly from applicants.
  • The forms, the medical examination and the supporting documents are completed; documents are submitted in English, notarised and legalised.
  • The CBIU carries out due diligence, and every applicant aged 16 or over attends an interview, usually online.
  • The CBIU recommends a decision to the Government: approval in principle, a delay for a stated reason, or a denial.
  • After approval in principle, the investment is made.
  • After proof of the investment, the certificate of naturalisation and then the passport are issued.
How long does a Dominica application take?

The CBIU states about three to four months from submission to the decision in principle; it may take longer.

Our Dominica contract has no fixed term: the duration is set by the Government of Dominica and its authorities.

How much does Dominica citizenship cost with Royal Golden?

The contract price depends on the family composition and follows our Dominica price table, which you find on the Programmes page and in the cost estimator. All amounts are in US dollars and are fixed when you sign.

Ages are counted on the day the contract is signed.

Does the Dominica contract price include the government contribution?

Yes. The contract price includes every cost agreed for the application, from the start of our services to the issue of the citizenship documents: official government fees and contributions, due diligence and processing, interviews, our administration and follow-up, translation, certification and notarisation, the certificate of naturalisation and the passports.

No hidden costs.

How and when do I pay for a Dominica application?
  • 20% of the contract price when you sign the contract.
  • 80% after the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU) approves the application in principle, within one year (365 days) of our notice.

Payments are made in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20), at the contractual conversion of 1 US dollar = 1 USDT, only to the address in your own payment request in the portal.

What happens if the Dominica application is rejected?

If the competent authority of Dominica officially rejects the application, the amounts paid are not refunded; we hand over to you the official rejection letter, which is also available in the portal.

Rights that mandatory law gives you are not affected.

Who can be included in a Dominica application?

According to the CBIU:

  • the spouse;
  • children of the applicant or the spouse under 18;
  • children aged 18 to 30 in full-time higher education and fully supported by the applicant;
  • parents or grandparents over 65 who are substantially supported by the applicant;
  • further categories listed by the CBIU.

Our price table covers a single applicant and a married couple with children; a composition it does not cover is priced individually after we review the eligibility of the persons.

Do I have to travel to Dominica to apply?

No. According to the CBIU, a visit to Dominica is not required for the application; interviews are usually held online.

Can I keep my current citizenship?

Yes. Dominica allows dual citizenship.

Whether your current country allows you to hold a second citizenship depends on its own law.

How long is a Dominica passport valid?

10 years for adults and 5 years for minors.

Can I travel to the Schengen area without a visa with a Dominica passport?

According to the source on our Dominica guide, yes, for short stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period. A visa is needed for the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Ireland.

Entry rules can change; always check before travelling.

Is Dominica the same as the Dominican Republic?

No. The Commonwealth of Dominica is a separate, English-speaking island state in the eastern Caribbean, between Guadeloupe and Martinique. The Dominican Republic shares the island of Hispaniola with Haiti.

  • Choose the citizenship programme.
  • Fill in the application for yourself and your family; you can save drafts.
  • Upload the documents of the checklist.
  • Read and sign the services contract.

You can change the programme until you submit the application.

How do I send my documents?

Please never send passports or other identity documents by e-mail.

How do I follow my application?

The portal shows the status of your application, your documents, your contract and payments, and your messages with our team. When something changes, we also send you a notice by e-mail; the details are shown only in the portal.

How is the services contract signed?

Electronically in the portal: you read the contract to its end, give each confirmation separately and type your full name as shown in the contract.

The signed contract is kept as a PDF that cannot be changed, with its digital fingerprint (SHA-256), and is always available in the portal.

Privacy

How do you protect my personal data?
  • Documents are checked and stored privately and are exchanged only through the portal, never as e-mail attachments.
  • Messages in the portal are stored encrypted and are never sent by e-mail.
  • You can turn on two-factor authentication for your account.
  • Every staff action is recorded.
Who receives my data?

We share the data of the persons in your application with the authorities of the programme and their authorised agents only as far as needed for the application.
