Personal data processing notice
Information under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Purpose of this notice
This notice is given under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for processing to which Turkish law applies — for example for people in Türkiye who register for the client portal, submit an application, send an enquiry or request a consultation. Our privacy policy, based on the law of the United Arab Emirates, gives more detail.

Data processed and why
- Registration: name, e-mail address, telephone number, nationality, country of residence and password, to open and protect your account.
- Application: personal, family and passport details and the documents you upload, to prepare, check and submit your application to the competent authorities.
- Payments: invoices, payment status and payment references, to invoice and record payments.
- Communications: messages, enquiries and consultation requests, to answer you and keep a record of the service.
- Security records: IP address, browser information, sign-in and audit records, to protect accounts and systems.
How we collect data and on what legal basis
We collect personal data electronically through the website, the client portal and e-mail, and from the documents you provide. We rely on the legal bases in Article 5(2) of KVKK: processing necessary for entering into or performing a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and our legitimate interests. Special categories of personal data, such as health information or criminal record certificates required for an application, are processed under Article 6 of KVKK. Where the law requires explicit consent, we ask for it separately; refusing an optional consent does not prevent you from using our services.
To whom data is transferred
To the competent authorities of the Republic of Vanuatu and their designated agents as far as your application requires; to our service providers (hosting in Germany, transactional e-mail in the European Union) under contract; to professional advisers, banks and payment service providers where the service requires; and to public authorities where the law requires. Transfers abroad are made under Article 9 of KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the recipients in Türkiye or abroad; ask for correction, deletion or destruction; ask that these be notified to recipients; object to a result against you that arises solely from automated processing; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
