The final decision to approve or refuse a visa rests with the legal authorities of the UAE; no company can guarantee that a visa is issued or that entry into the country is allowed.

If a visa is officially refused, the non-refundable fees announced clearly in advance are handled according to the contract and the law; your legal rights are preserved if the company is at fault or the service is not provided.
