Decisions of the authorities and the contractual guarantee
Decisions on citizenship applications are made solely by the competent authorities of the Republic of Vanuatu, and nobody can promise a decision of the authorities or its timing. Under the services contract, Royal Golden gives its own financial guarantee: if a competent authority of Vanuatu officially rejects the application, everything received for it is refunded in full, without any deduction, within 72 hours of the official notice reaching Royal Golden; if the applicant has met every obligation and citizenship is finally not granted, everything paid under the contract is refunded. The conditions are those of the contract only.

Royal Golden is the trading name of ROYAL GOLDEN MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence No. 1017243, commercial registration No. 2161112), which provides services for applications under the programme. It is not a government authority and does not decide applications. No other representation, agency or authorisation is implied by this website.
