Service messages, newsletters and how to withdraw your permission.
Service messages
We send e-mails and portal notifications that are needed for your account and application, such as confirmations, document requests, invoice and payment updates, decisions and appointment reminders. They are part of the service and do not require separate permission.
Newsletters and commercial messages
We send newsletters, campaigns and offers only if you give separate, explicit permission, for example by ticking the newsletter box and confirming your e-mail address. Registering on the website does not subscribe you, and permission is never a condition of our services. Under the Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, commercial electronic messages require the recipient's prior permission. We record each permission with its date, channel and source. Before we send commercial electronic messages to recipients in Türkiye we register with the Turkish Message Management System (İYS), as that law requires; until then no newsletter is sent.
Withdrawing permission
You can withdraw your permission at any time, free of charge, with the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by contacting us. We stop sending within three working days.
Sender identification

Channels and safety
We contact you by e-mail and portal notifications and, when you contact us that way, by telephone or WhatsApp. We never ask for your password or one-time codes by e-mail, telephone or chat.
Records
We keep records of permissions and withdrawals for the period required by law.
