Official documents such as a passport are valuable and hard to replace. That is why, in Royal Golden's services, physical documents are sent by DHL with a tracking code. The information in this guide comes from the services and translation sections of the site, checked on 24 October 2026.
Which services are sent by DHL
In these services, delivery to your address by DHL is part of the service:
- Vanuatu passport renewal;
- Dominica passport renewal;
- the Vanuatu national identity card;
- a copy of a Vanuatu birth certificate;
- the police clearance certificate;
- translation and apostille of Vanuatu documents.
The delivery cost is shown on each service's card or on its invoice.
Digital services
These services are delivered by e-mail and have no postal delivery:
- a physical address in Vanuatu;
- registering an international company in Vanuatu.
The right address
- Write the address in Latin letters and in full: street, number, unit, city, postcode and country.
- Give a telephone number the courier can call on delivery.
- The recipient's name should be the name in the passport.
- If you are moving during the delivery period, enter the new address before placing the order.
When sent and on delivery
- Keep the tracking code and follow the parcel.
- Do not accept a damaged or opened parcel without recording an objection.
- After delivery, check the documents: name, date of birth and numbers.
- If there is a problem, tell us through portal support.
Customs
Some countries may require a customs check or the recipient's identity documents for incoming parcels. Ask DHL about your country's rule.
