No. Royal Golden is a private company in Dubai that helps you prepare your application and file it through an authorised tourism partner. The UAE authorities decide.
How long does processing take?
Usually about 48–72 working hours after the documents are complete, the payment is confirmed and the official filing is made. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Do you guarantee the visa?
No company can guarantee a visa. We commit to preparing your file carefully and following it transparently.
What happens if the application is refused?
We tell you at once through your account, and the refund policy shown before payment applies. Your legal rights are preserved.
Can I apply for my family?
Yes, you can add several travellers to one application; you confirm your legal authority, and a guardian's consent for anyone under 18.
Why must the name be written in Latin letters?
Because the official application is filed with the name as it appears in the machine-readable line of the passport.
