Many citizens of Vanuatu live outside Vanuatu. That is why Royal Golden has several services after citizenship, ordered through the portal. Passport renewal
Renewal of your Vanuatu passport, sent by DHL to your address; the price includes all renewal costs. Documents: a scan of the current passport, a scan of the citizenship certificate and a biometric photo.
National identity card
Your Vanuatu national identity card, sent by DHL to your address. Documents: a scan of the Vanuatu passport, a passport photo and a scan of the Vanuatu citizenship certificate.
Copy of the birth certificate
A copy of your birth certificate, issued in Vanuatu and sent by DHL to your address; the price includes all costs. Document: a scan of the birth certificate.
Police clearance certificate
A police clearance certificate (criminal record), sent by DHL to your address, with an optional apostille. This service is also for citizens of Dominica. Documents: a scan of all passport pages, a scan of the citizenship certificate and a recent photo.
A physical address in Vanuatu
A physical address in Vanuatu for one year, sent to you by e-mail (no post); renewed every year. Documents: a scan of the Vanuatu passport, a passport photo and a scan of the citizenship certificate.
Registering an international company
Registering an international company in Vanuatu with its registration certificate for the first year, through a licensed registered agent; documents are sent by e-mail. It is for all nationalities and is renewed every year. Documents:
- a certified colour copy of the passport of each director, shareholder and ultimate owner;
- a police clearance certificate from each owner's country of residence, issued in the last six months;
- a recent bank statement of each owner (source of funds);
- proof of each owner's home address from the last six months, such as a utility, bank or phone bill;
- the company's business plan.
Translation of Vanuatu documents
Translation of Vanuatu documents into any recognised language, with a Vanuatu apostille where needed. You upload the documents online; the cost of translation is set after the team's review and the documents are sent by DHL.
Ordering and payment

- Upload the scans and enter the delivery address.
- Pay with tether (USDT) or from your account balance.
- Follow progress in the portal.
The issuing of official documents rests with the Vanuatu authorities.
