Preparation tips
- Scan all passport pages, even blank ones, in order, in one PDF.
- Get a recent police clearance certificate and agree its date of issue with our specialist.
- Take the biometric photo with a white background and no shadows or glare.
- Sign with a dark pen on white paper and scan it, the same signature you use on official documents.
- Your name and details must match in all documents. If your name changed through marriage after citizenship, have the marriage certificate ready too.
