Royal Golden's free online consultation: how it works

In the free online consultation you ask about the Dominica and Vanuatu citizenship programmes, and a member of our team answers in your account, by phone or in a video call. This guide explains how to request it, choosing the topic and the way of answering, scheduling and how to prepare for a useful conversation.

Before any decision about citizenship by investment, asking is free. This guide shows how Royal Golden's online consultation works.

What you can ask about

The citizenship by investment programmes of Dominica and Vanuatu. The topics on the form:

  • the programme in general;
  • eligibility;
  • documents;
  • family members;
  • costs and payments;
  • process and timing;
  • something else.

How to request it

  • To request a consultation, register or sign in. Your question and our answer stay private in your own account.
  • In "Free consultation", choose "Request a consultation".
  • Choose the topic and write your question.
  • Choose how we should answer: in your account (written answer), a phone call, or a video call for which we send you the link.
  • If you wish, choose a preferred time. Times are in Dubai time and we confirm the appointment. If no time is available, we answer in your account.

After you send it

In "My consultations" you see the status of each request: received, appointment set, answered, completed, cancelled or missed. The conversation also continues on the same page.

A privacy point

Do not write passport numbers or other identity numbers in your question. They are not needed for a consultation.

For a more useful consultation

Note these in advance:

  • your current nationality or nationalities and your country of residence;
  • the family members who want to join and their ages;
  • your main goal: travel, family security, work or something else;
  • your timeframe and approximate budget;
  • any questions you have about documents or your history.

What the consultation is and is not

The consultation gives general information. It is not a guarantee of eligibility or approval; decisions are made only by the authorities of the country concerned.
