The account balance lets you top up once and then pay each service with one button. This guide explains every step.
What the balance is
- The balance is a prepayment for the services on the site.
- Top-ups are made in tether (USDT) on the TRON network (TRC-20).
- The rate: one US dollar equals one tether.
- Before your first top-up you read and accept the account balance terms.
Topping up
- In "Account balance", enter the amount in dollars. The minimum is shown on the same page.
- A few cents are added to the amount so your transfer can be told apart from others. Those cents are credited to your balance too.
- Send the amount exactly as shown, to the address shown on that page.
- After sending, enter the transaction ID on the same page.
Top-up statuses
- Waiting for your transfer;
- Being checked;
- Credited;
- Refused: please contact support;
- Expired: if you have sent nothing, start a new top-up; if you have, write to support with the transaction ID.
If the transaction is not yet found on the TRON network, it is checked again automatically a few minutes later. If some time has passed, check that you copied the transaction ID correctly.
Paying from the balance
On the payment page of these items you will see "Pay from your account balance":
- service orders;
- invoices;
- Dubai visa payments;
- the payment stages of a contract.
If the balance is enough, one button completes the payment and the receipt is e-mailed to you. If it is not, you can top up first or pay the same amount directly in tether to the address shown.
Balance history
"Balance history" shows every movement with its date and what it was for:
- a top-up;
- payment for a service;
- a return to the balance, for example when an amount comes back under the refund terms;
- a correction.
A balance under review
Sometimes an account's balance may be held for review. While it is, it can neither pay nor be topped up. Once the review ends, the balance is available again.
Security points
- Send money only to the address shown in your own account in the portal.
- Choose the right network: TRON (TRC-20). A transfer on another network may be lost.
- Turn on two-factor sign-in; your balance is behind that password.
